Used Salesforce and Adobe InDesign to create content for Instagram and email campaigns. Moderated email inboxes and online reviews using ReviewTrackers to ensure a consistent and engaging digital presence. Conducted a competitive landscape review centering racial and socioeconomic inclusivity in the museum industry, pitching a development strategy to the Marketing and Public Programs Team to broaden the museum’s service to New Yorkers from under-represented communities.

Researched, illustrated, and published a blog post on the official LACMA blog Unframed, showcasing the behind-the-scenes work of Conservation Center professionals. Managed the Hive’s Instagram account and built email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp. Designed, coordinated, and facilitated a week-long orientation program introducing Claremont College students to makerspaces at the Hive. Designed and illustrated original brand assets, event fliers, and an informational pamphlet about the Hive and its resources.
